The WeEstimate Symbol Mapping tool enables the inclusion of images or icons at the part level within the parts database. (Even if your parts come from an associated Accounting System!) This session highlights use of the Symbol Mapping tool within WeEstimate, the WeSuite Part Icon Library, and how to associate part icons, or images you may find and save yourself. We will also review use of the Objects Library in the Site Survey. A great place to add images to provide context to drawings sales people create in the Site Survey, to more accurately represent the site or space.  After attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Utilize the WeSuite Parts Icon Library within WeEstimate.
  • Employ best practices to associate images or icons to parts within the database.

The WeSuite Site Survey tool, introduced with release v5.0, is easy to include in your configuration and super easy to learn and use. In this session we will focus on the functionality provided in the Site Survey for WeEstimate, and QuoteAnywhere G2.0. Requirements for use, integration with WeEstimate, examples of use, tips and tricks users love, illustration of key benefits to sales, engineering and operations teams, for improving the sales to delivery process. Examples of enhanced collaboration with prospects and use in scopes of work for enhancing proposal documents will be covered. After attending this session, you will be able to:

Only a few years ago eSignature was an uncommon practice in the security industry. Today, as with many purchases, eSignature of documents is commonly accepted and expected. eSignature increases sales velocity, creates clean signed documents, is used to store and retrieve information, saves tons of time for sales, customer and operations, and enforces your use of technology, as sellers of technology! This session details the WeSuite eSignature integration services with two leaders in the space: eOriginal and DocuSign. We will review integration features, highlight differences in product offerings, and most importantly, the configuration of workflows you can create for signing various sales, proposals and contract documents. WeSuite Clients often ask for tips on best practices to deploy when updating their WeSuite systems. This session combines our experience over the last 12 years in working with hundreds of companies, as well as insight gained since initiation of automated software updates to client sandbox environments and controlled promotion to the “live” system. Learn what WeSuite recommends as best practices for your system stakeholders: IT, System Administrators and Super Users; in use of your sandbox for testing software updates and configuration changes; the cadence in promoting updates to your live environment; and creation and use of checklists to validate readiness for promotion to the “live” environment. After attending this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify your stakeholders and convey their roles and responsibilities after software updates to the sandbox.
  • Understand and utilize key benefits the sandbox environment and WeSuite release notes provide your team.
  • Create a checklist to validate “good”, “better”, “best” practices prior to promoting updates to the “live” environment.

Work stations will be configured for hands-on play with specific exercises for you to completed. A few fine pieces of WeSuite swag will probably fall into your hands as just reward!
